The Raleigh City Museum is a private, non-profit organization dedicated to collecting, preserving and interpreting the history of Raleigh, North Carolina's capital city.

The museum is located in the historic Briggs Building at 220 Fayetteville Street in Raleigh, N.C. 27601. [MAP]

HOPSCOTCH MUSIC FESTIVAL: The Raleigh City Museum is proud to be partenering with the Independent's Hopscotch music festival to help present the free Edward McKay Artist & Author Series the weekend of September 9-11. Click here for information on how to get tickets to the events.

NEW SECOND SATURDAY PROGRAMS: The second Saturday of every month is now devoted to children’s programs. Each month will cover a new theme and aspect of Raleigh history.
